Below are several websites where you can find online learning opportunities related to the fire service.

• Required National Incident Management System (NIMS) Training
• ICS-100 and ICS-700: As part of the Entry Level Fire Fighter curriculum, students are required to complete ICS-100 and ICS-700. (Students will need a FEMA SID)

• Everyone Goes Home: Firefighter Life Safety Initiatives by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation
• FirefighterCloseCalls.com
• UL Fire Safety Research Institute’s Fire Safety Academy
• Check out the new Analysis of the Coordination of Suppression and Ventilation in Multi-Family Dwellings online training course.
• Hazardous Materials Awareness (PA-PSFA-Hazardous Materials Awareness) can be completed online through TRAIN PA. Students will need an active TRAIN PA account or will need to create one.
• Traffic Incident Management (PA-TIM Traffic Incident Management Training) can be completed online through TRAIN PA. Students will need an active TRAIN PA account or will need to create one.

Cancer Prevention Resources

OSFC is currently developing a web page for cancer prevention resources for firefighters and their loved ones because spreading awareness of cancer in the service is a priority for OSFC. We will provide more information soon.
